If you are a parent or grandparent with a story to share about breastfeeding that might be an encouragement and inspiration to others, please consider contributing your story or article for Close to the Heart. Although not necessary, an accompanying photo would help add a personal touch to your story and would be appreciated.

Even if you are not a writer, you can contact the editor with a basic outline of what you hoped to share and she will work with you to turn it into a story based on your experiences.
How long does my story or article need to be?
It can vary between 500 to 2000 words.

All submissions will become the property of LLL Asia & Middle East and may also be published in other La Leche League publications. - December 1st will usually be considered for the Early-Year issue of the next year.
